• Full installation by our certified F-Gas engineers.

• Up to 5 meters of interconnecting pipework, electrical cabling, and insulation.

• Outdoor Unit Mounting: Your choice of wall mounting brackets OR floor mounting feet (depending on your preference and site requirements).

• Drilling of hole through the wall for pipework.

• Gravity drain installation (eliminating the need for noisy mechanical pumps).

Crucial Installation Requirements

To qualify for this fixed-price package, your property must meet the following criteria. If your needs differ, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

1. External Wall Mounting: The indoor unit must be mounted on an external wall. This is essential to allow for a natural gravity drain for condensation, removing the need for a mechanical pump.

2. Floor Level: Installation is available for Ground Floor or 1st Floor locations only.

3. Pipe Run: The distance between the indoor and outdoor units must not exceed 5 meters.

How It Works

Getting your new AC installed is a seamless process:

1. Book Your Package: Select your unit and place your order online.

2. On-Premises Survey: We will contact you within 5 business days to arrange a comprehensive on-site survey. Our engineer will visit your property to confirm the location, check the wall suitability, and ensure the 5-meter run is sufficient.

3. Installation: Once the survey is complete and approved, we aim to have your system installed within 20 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
